TOURNAMENT ENTRY
FEE: P 1,000.00 per angler. NOTE: Board and Lodging, Food,Boatman,Fuel, Boat-Rental-depending on
the types of boat you will use, ARE ON ANGLER’s ACCOUNT. Payments can be made through
Security Bank (any branch) deposit to
PGFFI current account #0273-025674-001. Please fax a copy of your deposit slip
with the registration form to PGFFI at Fax no. 634-9187. LOCAL BOAT RENTAL P2,500.00/day including boatman &fuel laiya area
only. If going up to lawak area boat rental is P3,500.00/ day plus additional
gasoline on anglers account. DEADLINE : March 14, 2016 will be
the last day of payment for the Tournament fee. TOURNAMENT BASE: Will be announce later TOURNAMENT: Schedule of Activities -Mar.19

am to 2:00 pm - Second Day of Fishing LINE & TACKLE: Maximum of 130 LB Line QUALIFYING CATCH: QUALIFYING FISH MINIMUM 1 Kilogram LARGEST MINIMUM OF 3 KG. TO QUALIFY SAFETY: All anglers must WEAR LIFEVEST upon boarding the
boat. BUDDY
BOAT SYSTEM IS IMPOSED. TOURNAMENT RULES: PGFFI Tournament Rules
shall apply. Maximum
of three (2) two anglers in a boat/speedboat. Only Anglers are allowed to fish No
hand line fishing is allowed. No Limit as to the number of rod and reels in the
water at any given time.

and I/We hereby waive any claims for liability and/or damages of any kind and
nature whatsoever against the Philippine Game Fishing Foundation the Tournament
Sponsor(s), or anyone acting in their behalf and with their authority, for any
accident or mishap that may occur to me/us during or as a consequence of the
tournament. I/We agree to accept as final the decision of the Board of
Stewards. Herewith is my/our Entry Fee P 1,000.00 per participant.
