REGISTRATION: PGFF Office, Ask for Roland Zamora, PGFFI office, Tel. Nos. 634-9187.

TOURNAMENT ENTRY FEE: P 1,000.00 per angler.  NOTE: Food , Board & Lodging ,

                                                                 ARE ON ANGLER’S ACCOUNT. 

               Payments can be made through Security Bank (any branch) deposit to PGFFI current account #0273-025674-001. Please fax a copy of your deposit slip with the registration form to PGFFI at Fax no. 634-9187.

DEADLINE : Novmber15, 2017 will be the last day of payment for the Tournament fee.

NOTE: THERE WILL BE 10 ROOMS AT COURT MERIDIAN HOTEL FOR FREE/ WE WILL BE ASSIGNING ROOMS FOR THE  ANGLERS WHO WILL BE FULLY PAID BEFORE THE DEADLINE WE ONLY HAVE LIMITED ROOMS. GERRY’S GRILL WILL BE GIVING US FREE FOOD ON SATURDAY TILL SUNDAY LUNCH TIME.

TOURNAMENT: Schedule of Activities   

                  -Nov. 18 (Saturday) 5:30 am - Briefing

-Nov. 19  (Saturday) 6:00 am to 5:00 pm - First Day of Fishing                       

-Nov. 19  (Sunday)     6:00 am to 2:00 pm - Second Day of Fishing

 

LINE & TACKLE: 20lb mono line Maximum or 20lb. Braid

3 ANGLERS TO A BOAT

QUALIFYING CATCH: Minimum .500grm.

                                   

SAFETY: All anglers must WEAR A LIFE VEST upon boarding the boat.

TOURNAMENT RULES: PGFFI Tournament Rules and Guidelines shall apply

I/We hereby agree to abide by its rules, regulations and guidelines and I/We hereby waive any claims for liability and/or damages of any kind and nature whatsoever against the Philippine Game Fishing Foundation the Tournament Sponsor(s), or anyone acting in their behalf and with their authority, for any accident or mishap that may occur to me/us during or as a consequence of the tournament. I/We agree to accept as final the decision of the Board of Stewards. Herewith is my/our Entry Fee P 1,000.00 per participant.
